If your hard drive's failing, or even failed completely, it is sometimes possible to extract some, or even all of the data contained on it. We can do this at our workshops and then transfer the data to another hard drive.

PCs FOR BEGINNERS

We realise not everyone is at the same level of experience when it comes to computing, so for beginners, we can offer tuition on a relaxed and informal basis in your own home, starting with the very basics upwards. We'll teach you what the hardware consists of, what it all does, what peripherals are, what they do, how to use them and how to navigate and use Windows.  Then, when you're ready, we'll move on to basic maintenance and system checks.  IT/Computing may seem like a minefield of technology, but what we say is, a basic knowledge goes a long way to giving confidence in a subject that would otherwise seem fearful and mind boggling - so take the plunge and start getting some basic tuition today!  We promise you wont regret it and you'll find confidence along the way.
